"Be The First You" is to focus on You and your personal development especially on your mental health and well being.
Positively Mental was born to change the way people view mental health. If we focus on the good we have, the good gets better. When you have a positive mindset you are more alert, have less stress and can cope with your mental health more effectively.
This is why Vincent Salvador and Positively Mental have collaborated to help raise awareness to this cause.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Centre Of Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) which is charity that is close to my heart... as not only has Mental health effected close friends and family members but also I cope with challenges such as anxieties on a daily.
